A: No law enforcement people approach me they always approach associates. For instance four years ago I did a show at a San Francisco Night club i threw my dildo crucifix after it had been in my ass during my rant “FUCK THE CHRISTIANS” because the club kept turning off the lights. Then my X Monique cut my back during “I’m A Terrorist” and whipped my back and it rained blood! it was beautiful because people came up to me after the show with blood all over them and said they are gonna consider Satanism. So anyway the San Francisco Police department didn’t shut me down or arrest me that night though we knew their were plain clothed police officers in the crowd. Everyone had to sign a waiver. The SFPD instead pressured the club Studio Z into breaching the contract we had for a cd release event for my last event. anyway the lawyer for studio Z e-mailed my lawyer the list of felonies I had racket up at the other night club and said since I broke the law at the other night club that breaches the contract with Studio Z... Crazy idiotic logic, but it got to be an expensive battle, so i dropped it and put a 7 year slow curse on Zeremy the guy who runs the club. He has already lost half his friends. Basically local police don’t want to deal with my low friends in high places and lawsuits and the media is terrified oh they still love to write about me but I am a very good spin doctor, they think I am a media genius and tried to higher me but i despise those people for their pandering to the corporations and human stupidity. At live shows because I always state that what I will be doing is a religious ceremony so if criminal charges are brought up , there will be counter suit and a civil lawsuit (it is a felony in California to disrupt a religious ceremony). The problems I have had with the thought police have been with the FBI’s concern over my visual art when it is published (do they know how many of you own my book?), especially when I use to do paintings for pornographic magazines. I have had three separate inquiries over my visual art. The first time was when I was still in art school and wrote a wild letter to Stephen King and he thought I thought he killed John Lennon (there will be a whole chapter on this in L.A.P.). When the feds came down hard on the LFP (Larry Flynt Publications) company over an article, an editorial article on murder and how to murder they decided not to publish art that was realistic and grotesque, dropped all their good artists and now only show cartoon art. How ever free you think old Larry Flint is he is as just a money slave as any of them. You could say that the government put an end to my illustration career and comic book career with their sending the two suits (FBI officer’s or as they say Ex FBI officers) to several of my art directors. When they approached my instructors from art svchool like Barbara Bradley from The Academy of art they tried to intimidate her into thinking I was some sort of super creative serial killer that preyed on women , but she figured out there game and told them I was a solid citizen and a good artist. Thank you U.S. government for destroying my successful career as an illustrator- 9 years , this is the best thing you did for this Indian! So warhol was an uncontroversial illustrator and fine artist and I am the dark side of that the controversial questioning warring artist of body and politics.There was even an incident were an agent approached my art director at Honcho (a gay porno mag Mapplethorpe use to shoot for) in a bar in Brooklyn about me and my art. They wanted to intimidate those I worked for and hopefully get some dirt on me to put in my file. Whenever there is something new about me on the net and you look at the web site to see who was checking it out it almost always says “U.S. Government” (keep track of this when you post this interview- probably they are lazy and have a program that finds this shit to store in their data base), I am only a threat because I have an alternate view and am a Satirist who isn’t a editorial cartoonist or stand up comedian, apparently the US can’t take the constructive criticism. Also they have mixed views on Satanism and have to tip toe around it as their are very high people in law enforcement and the military (mostly in Iraq now) so they can’t go on occult hysteria and paint me into being the next Manson.About the time I figured out how to get my FBI file Bush II took office and 911 happened and well there is no longer a freedom of information act or even a constitution if you read the US Patriot act. It is something like 300 pages and it is the saddest thing I ever read because it is an unconstitution , in fact it is legally written to undermine all of the constitution. it’s all about control and control systems, people don’t seem to understand contemporary corporate and consumer fascism because the controllers aren’t wearing jack boots and swatika’s physically kicking in doors. It is also unusual that no one is talking about the Patriot act as it is suppose to lapse this year. They will probably quietly re-instate it. My prediction for 2005 is a new Watergate or multiple Bush scandals, it is in his astrological chart and the planets will align as they did during Watergate at the end of this year.

Q: How did you get to play the infamous Jack Davis party?

A: There was a committee for entertainment that knew about the Apache Whiskey Rite and wanted everything out rages in the underground of San Francisco . Jack Davis was told about what I do in a show and insisting I and The United Satanic Apache Front be the headliner. What they didn’t expect was for me to be smart enough to send a press release and identify myself as an ordained Satanic priest, an Apache and pronounce that I put a curse on the 49er football team and their bond ballot for a new stadium that would also be a mall (because the SF Chronicle kept saying it was a traditional wild SF party with sex acts they could not talk about in a family paper). Shit hit the fan and it was world news for 3 months after I faxed that press release, and my life turned upside down, never to return.... New york and Times of London front page even made it to Headline news on Saturday Night Live, they said, “And San Francisco was shocked that bottle was not recycled” to this day that bottle is still talked about and mythologized. Who would have thought something like a protest alcohol sodomy ritual would be assimilated in to our American culture?

Q: Some of your philosophy is different then other Satanists such as Boyd Rice? Do you know him and are relations good?

A: Most of the Satanists I know are the best people I have ever met. we all have our own beliefs and those beliefs thrive under Satanism, for instance most Satanists are atheists that believe in the power of the imagination to take us out of the work a day haze, so they use rituals to inspire their imagination. I love people that re-invent their lives with the power of the human imagination it is a fabulous thing. Following dogma and Church regulations is oppressive, Satanists believe that any group activity will sacrifice the individual. LaVey Satanism is a cabal of similar minded individuals. Many Satanists have contradictory beliefs- this is a wonderful and contemporary ideal, almost pure Americanism. For instance my good friend Kevin Slaughter is an atheist and I am an animist i believe everything in nature has a life force and everything is connected. i believe in transformation at death Kevin believes death is final. We respect each others differences. As for Magistar Boyd Rice , well it’s personal- he’s an enemy of mine. For years people have asked me about him, if he was a Neo-Nazi and why is an American indian in a religion with racists? for years I just said that I don’t know him I don’t know what his deal is, I think he is a trickster that it didn’t matter because he was a brilliant musician that was underapreciated. I have been asked over and over by COS members and non white people what was up with Rice and I was told by mutual friends in the COS that he is not racist, i didn’t give a shit because I follow the Picasso rule when it comes to other artists , most great artists are assholes. Norman Mailer said something to the effect that great artists are generally shitty people. But then i thought that son of a bitch stabbed his wife, fuck him (Mailer not Rice). So I decide to e-mail Boyd Rice , thinking there is a reason his old friend’s in S.F. don’t talk to him. I saw his photo in the book “Blood in the Face The Klu Klux Klan, Aryan Nation, Nazi Skinheads, and the rise of A New White Culture By James Ridgeway and on page 168 is a picture of Boyd with the leader of the Racist group, American Front Bob Heick in SF in 1989 (I was recently told this was a photo gag for some teeny bopper magazine). I shot Rice off a simple e-mail. I told him that my band members love and respect his music and that I have been asked about him for years and that many people have asked me about the COS ad Neo Nazism, and i asked him about what the American Front was because the book didn’t explain his affiliation. I felt betrayed by some of my friends in the COS that told me he wasn’t a racist because here he was with a famous racist in a this photograph. Boyd said, “I can tell you to fuck off, you can go split hairs with Morons but don’t go darkening my door.” Basically I told him that I had hoped that we could have an intellectual discussion about this and he said something about me being an injun, trying to piss me off. Personally I don’t give a flying fuck if Boyd is on the Council of Nine of The Church of Satan and is a racist, what really bothers me is his idiotic proclamation that he is related to Jesus Christ??? (what an embarrassment to the Church of Satan) He has fucken lost it. A covert christian in the C.O.S.? no fucken way. Come on Boyd please prove first that christ existed and then you can say your family comes from the French christ. Whatever.... I hear that him and Mel Gibson are working on a new movie “Christ outa France”

Q: What types of musick are your favorites? Bands and genres?

A: Experimental Electronica, some 80’s metal and some 60’s 70’s rock. Right now this second I’m listening to a live Roxy Music album “Heart Still Beating” (very Satanic). I have had in my cd player on repeat was Godstar by Psychic T.V. Gen P-Orridge gave me a copy. It is a tribute album to Brian Jones of the Rolling Stones, she sings Eve of Destruction and a there are several re-mixes of Good Vibrations and there is an audio interview with the late great Brion Gysin about meeting Brian Jones. Also I have been listening to John Cash especially the American recordings, Suicide, John Trudell, Throbbing Gristle, Tom Waits, Eagles and of Course my absolute favorite Billy Joel. Go ahead and laugh (at least I am not saying I am related to christ) . R.U. Sirius wrote an article in the political magazine Thresher called “Guilty Pleasures” and in it he has people known to the public speaking about something they like that would contradict their public image. I listed some of my more infamous paintings and political rants and which Billy Joel song I was listening to. I don’t know what Mr. Joel thinks of me. I asked him if I could use the quote from the song “Allen Town” in my book of art and writing “COYOTE SATAN AMERIKA”, “every child had a pretty good shot, at least to get as far as their old man got. But something happened on the way to that place, they threw an American Flag in our face” I can see how this can be miscontextualized. I didn’t use that quote but Mr. Joel gave me the quote “Appreciate the Spirit” so he was respectful of it. On my new spoken word cd I do a cover of Billy Joel’s “Miami 2017” track #2 about New York City being blown up and sank out to see and the band playing on in Brooklyn. It is a pre 911 song about perseverance, destruction and recreation- at least that’s my interpretation. I understand why someone of high profile would want no associations with a Satanist... I am a publicists nightmare...... for instance after USAF opened up for John Trudell well for years other Indians kept asking him about me and USAF as if he was in the band and a Satanist. My reputation tends to overshadow others.

Q: What are your favorite art, books (please include authors), & movies if any?

A: The Satanic Bible by Anton Szandor LaVey, The Secret Life by Salvador Dali ( a way over the top autobiography), 50 Secrets of Magic Craftsmanship both written before Dali went all pro Franco Fascist and started doing those Catholic MGM style paintings. Anything Dali painted past the end of the 30’s is shit but these two books are wonderful, The 48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene it is a very powerful and dangerous book. It is like The Satanic Bible and Nietzsche if they decided to write a book about power in the history of human kind and gave historical examples of the do’s and don’ts. The Outsiders by Colin Wilson and the only fiction I like reads like nonfiction like J.G. Ballard’s Crash and my absolute favorite is Naked Lunch By William S. Burroughs. Oh and the absolute best American art history book is Robert Hughes “American Vision” he is one of the best social critics and has some most profound insights into America and it’s artists. Like how during the McCarthy era we worship the flag, “ Americans had always revered the Stars and Stripes as their prime symbol of national identity, but now they began to worship it rather as Catholics do the consecrated Host” (page 511). Hughes is australian but spent almost 20 years in the states mostly writing for Time magazine. Also the great thing about the book is he shows the different periods in american history and how the great artists dipicted American Indians, from SAVAGE to NOBLE SAVAGE.... our beloved wild west is gone. He pin points why there has always ben a superstitioue disdain for visual artists. If they are political they are considered to practising a sort of unAmericanism but the crazy white folks that rediscovered this part of the world (the Puritians) detested painting because that is what rich people and worst of all a sort of Idoltry and even worse a sort of magic (all magic was considered Satanic and still is by most christians. My absolute favorite movie is Easy Rider because it is about the truth and lie of freedom in America. David Lynch’s Lost Highway, Eraserhead and Fire Walk With Me. David Cronnenberg’s Video Drome, Existenz, Naked Lunch and especially Dead Ringers David owns one of my paintings.

Q: Anything else you would like to add?

A: I resent having to hear about Paris Hilton. Why is she important? What has she done that contributes to humankind? What does she think, or does she think about Worm Theory and the possibilities of multiple deminsions? No I don’t want to fuck her, you fuck her. I miss Hunter S. Thompson who was one of the few people that was giving me any hope for this nation and helping me to want to stay in the front line here. I never knew him but was considering getting him to write an intro to my memoir. I believe he was “Suicided” (murdered) and so do people I know, pussy ass artists that are scared the fuckers will come kicking in their door if they voice their opinion about his murder or worse they don’t wan’t their carreeers destroyed by looking like a conspircy nut. Hunter would shoot them for their apathetic silence. For the record Satanists don’t believe in suicde. Fuck the Bush regime has half of hollywood scared to spoeak their mind! I am not affraid to speak my mind. What Hunter’s friend said he said about there being explosives at the bottom of the towers was confirmed to me right after 911. I have a friend that was visiting NYC and was right there by the towers when the shit went down. She told me some scary shit that allegedly Hunter S. Thompson also told his friend. One of Canada’s major news papers ran the a front page article. Aparently in america the freest place this cannot be published or even debated. We are truly living in the new Soviet Union, McCarthy would love it- Communism without commies just corporate cronnies and fascist christian do-gooders. What do you do when everything is rotten in Denmark? In an open society you discuss it and in a fascist one you become paranoid. Remember that conspiracy is an actual legal word meaning two or more people conspiring to do something illegal and thousands are prosecuted by the charges daily. It is a word trivialized and makes what the word really means meaningless. Just because the word has taken on the crazy person title in this country like liberal and democrat, get over the bullshit -the world is a dangerous place and yes THEY want control, why not they always want you to buy this or that?
