Q: Where are you from and how old are you ?

A: Arniston, South Africa. 25 years old.

Q: Give a brief history of where you got the idea come to create Slaughtered Vomit Dolls ?

A: I wuz on vacation in America, standing outside Kurt Cobain's house in Seattle Washington, thinking about how horrible his Death wuz, when my girlfriend at the time, Ameara LaVey called me on my cel phone. I told her, "We are going to make a movie about a dimension of the parapsychological synchronistic events that took place during the Last Six Days of Kurt Cobain's Life." Ameara said that sounded like fun, and so we went about shooting SLAUGHTERED VOMIT DOLLS as the depiction of the Death of a girl named Angela Aberdeen, and what led up to her suicide during the EXACT SAME time period as Kurt Cobain's Suicide.

Q: How and when did you get interested in this cinema genre ?

A: I was interested in extreme underground cinema and gore since the age of twelve when I began to rent vhs tapes. I was always fascinated by images of death, dismemberment, torture and mutilation etc since i wuz a very small child, and didnt do much at all except draw pictures of these beautiful things with crayons.

Q: How long have you been writing and doing art and what are your influences ?

A: I've been making art my entire life. My original influences were movies like Man Behind the Sun, Guiinea Pig, Salo, Eraserhead, Traces of Death, Bloodsucking Freaks, Maniac Nekromantik, to name a few.

Q: What type of cinema do you consider Slaughtered Vomit Dolls ?

A: Vomit Gore.

Q: Describe the plot a little of Slaughtered Vomit Dolls and what is means please and where you got the name and ideas to create this extreme movie ?

A: SAME AS ABOVE: the depiction of the Death of a girl named Angela Aberdeen, and what led up to her suicide during the EXACT SAME time period as Kurt Cobain's Suicide.
I am obsessed with Carl Jung’s theory of Synchronicity: this theory postulates that if there are enough so-called coincidences, that at first seem to be "acausal", or meaningless, but are all piled up on each other, and are all tangled up in some kind of progression of a narrative, -- although at first seemingly unrelated and fragmented -- they can create a snowball effect of exponential coincidental meaning, and when these coincidences surround an event or a related series of events, they can surpass the "threshold of coincidence", and can reveal a much deeper, profound, beautiful, transcendent meaning.
Because of my interest in Carl Jung and in this case Synchronicity, the "coincidence" of my location at Cobain's House and the phone call by Ameara LaVey cause me to think of making SLAUGHTERED VOMIT DOLLS.

Q: How did you go about setting out to look for people who would do the vomit and sleazy nude scenes for the movie?

A: Friends of mine, mostly Hardcore Porn actors, or just friends who understand me and are very open-minded about my interests. None of my friends care about nudity or puking cuz they know I am an emetophile, and it is understood that i need to have puke in my movies ! It's pretty easy to get people to be in my movies cuz they're already my friends, and we just hang out on a weekend and it's just a big party !!

Q: Who did the special effects?

A: Arcanum Design.

Q: Where did you get the music for the soundtrack?

A: I created/recorded all the sounds in various hotel rooms all over the world, as i travel a lot, and did sound design.

Q: What are some of your politics or religious beliefs ?

A: I am a SATANIST.

Q: What is behind the ideas and imagery you chose ?

A: You are seeing into Angela's Unconscious mind and get mutated, amplified, Hellish aberrations and monstrous visions and hallucinations as she downward spirals to her Death.

Q: Why the obession on serial murderers, what is it all about?

A: I have always been obsessed with serial killers, however, SLAUGHTERED VOMIT DOLLS is all about the Death of Kurt Cobain.

Q: Have you had any situations with the authorities because of your art, and writings?

A: Yes, people have threatened my life, to assault me physically, to call the cops, to destroy my art, people have protested outside galleries, etc etc because of art shows I have had in various galleries. There have been all kinds of silly controversies over the years, and i've never cared at all what SQUARES think of me; the opinions of mainstream civilians has nothing to do with and never will, so i just consider controversy to be decent promo and that's all.

Q: What types of musick are your favorites ?Bands and genres?

A: MELVINS !!! Masonna, Mindflayer, Merzbow, Thrones, Fantomas, Earth, STQ-3, Lightning Bolt, Godheadsilo . . .

Q: What are your favorite art, books (please include authors), & movies if any ?

A: I LOVE Andre Serrano's photos, my favorite film director is HARMONY KORINE, favorite book (duh) American Psycho, favorite actors are Maxhardcore, Paul Ruebens, Gary Coleman, Ameara LaVey, CRISPIN GLOVER.

Q: What do we expect soon from you and your projects?

A: The second movie in the Vomit Gore Trilogy is nearly done shooting, and will be released in 2007 !! I hope to make a short film before 2007 and release it at Xmass if possible !!
